David Farey

David got interested in radio when he became a volunteer presenter on BBC Northampton soon after he was ordained as a Church of England minister in the 80’s. Moving to Sussex in the 90’s with his family he continued his interest in broadcasting when he spent some time as communications officer for the Anglican diocese.

As well as still having an active church ministry his interests include a love of old cars, watercolour painting, wine making and music, with a special love of soundtracks from film and TV. He also enjoys going on walks with his wife and enjoying the stunning views in the countryside around Seaford.

David presents Screen Play on Friday evenings at 10pm.
