Reg is Sussex born and bred; born in Shoreham and has lived in Worthing and Lancing before moving to Seaford almost 20 years ago.

He worked for American Express at various locations in Sussex for almost 40 years and came to Seahaven FM after early retirement.

Reg presents the Sunday Brunch every Sunday from 10am.
