Born in Kingston, Jamaica; he moved to Seaford in 2005 after spending 4 decades in London! A teacher, former Youth & Community Arts worker, coach, lecturer, writer, workshop leader & trainer... currently an Educational Consultant and E-Commerce Business owner...

Joel joined Seahaven FM when it kicked off in 2008. He firmly believes, "Having a Local Radio Station is about a community 'talking to & about itself' - listening, reflecting, informing, entertaining & sharing views amongst other stuff; like great music!"
